DESCRIPTION

Everglade LLC owns the American Girl Mine, approximately 140 acres in the Cargo Muchacho mountain range in south east Imperial County, California. The property is situated in Township 15 South, Range 21 East, Section 17. The parcel numbers are 050-320-02-01; 050-320-03-01; 050-320-04-01; 050-320-05-01; 050-320-06-01; 050-320-07-01; and 050-320-08-01. The Mine can be reached by driving north from Interstate 8 on Ogilby road and then east on the American Girl Mine Wash
